NAWE Committees


The NAWE Legislative Committee guides NAWE’s advocacy efforts. It monitors and analyzes current legislative developments, federal policies as well as rule-making initiatives directly impacting the marine terminal operating industry. Environment, Energy, and Equipment Committee

Insurance Committee

The NAWE Insurance Committee plays a pivotal role in navigating the complex landscape of insurance coverage and risk management for Marine Terminal Operators (MTOs), ports, and employees within the industry. With a targeted focus, the committee scrutinizes policies related to health insurance and general healthcare, actively engaging in the analysis of regulatory changes that may impact longshore liability issues.
